A&L Walk & Run Club

The walk & run club is a great way to try the sport for the first time, or improve your speed and endurance among others who have similar goals. Instructors Kim Gradwell & Tyler Wirch are excited to bring their wisdom and experience to the club to help you meet your training goals.

Walk-On Program

Come out with a group of fellow walkers! Use this program to begin a walking routine, to increase fitness, to recover from an injury, or enjoy a social outing that includes some exercise! Our coach will help you to gain fitness through the walking program, and small elements of beginner body exercises will be used also.

Learn to Run Program

The A&L Run Club has a program called ‘Learn to Run’ that is intended for anyone who wants to try running for the first time, come back after a break, or work up to their first 3 or 5km. The Run Club accommodates runners of ALL skill levels!

Endurance Program

This program is for runners who have some experience and are looking to boost their speed and endurance. These runners may be training for an event, or just looking to increase speed or distance.

Due to the Sportsplex Track renovations, we will meet at A&L in the spring.
